Located in Fairview Park this 2 bedroom apartment has a full kitchen and full bathroom. A futon sofa and loveseat in the livingroom. Kitchen has most everything needed for a short or long-term stay. Minutes from Downtown Cleveland, airport, I-X Center, Kamm's Corners. This unit comes with 1 outdoor parking space. Visitor parking is limited but there is free street parking directly across the street, but no overnight street parking. Please contact the host with any and all questions.

Living room is spacious with free wifi. Enjoy free paid subscriptions to Netflix, YouTube TV (including local channels), Disney+, HBO Max, Apple TV+, Vudu, FOX Nation and Prime Video (with Pokemon subscription) with plenty of already purchased feature films.
Rear pavilion with park style grille available to guests and tenants on a first come basis. The unit will come with 1 parking space, info on the app via check-in instructions. There are 3 extra visitor parking spaces behind the garages.
There is a coin-operated laundry room on each floor of the building, the 2nd floor laundry room has a quarter coin change machine for your convenience. These are shared laundry rooms.

We have been specializing in longer stays, but we welcome shorter visits also.

“There are a few steps to get to the back door of the building from the parking spot. A few more steps to get to the front entrance of the building to retrieve the keys from lockbox upon arrival. One flight of steps up from the front entrance to 2nd floor unit. Three flights of steps from rear.”
Cancellation policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
