Living room is spacious with free wifi. Rear pavilion with park style grille available to guests and tenants on a first come basis. The unit will come with 1 parking space, info on the app via check-in instructions. There are 3 extra visitor parking spaces behind the garages.
There is a coin-operated laundry room on each floor of the building, the 2nd floor laundry room has a quarter coin change machine for your convenience. These are shared laundry rooms.

Cancellation policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
