The space
Extremely clean 2 bedroom apartment. 3rd floor unit. On-site lockbox will provide guest with 2 keys. 1 key is to enter the building, 1 key for the apartment (Extra set of keys available upon request). One outdoor parking space provided. (Will not fit long trucks, please message host for alternate parking). Two bedrooms, full bath and kitchen. Living room is spacious with free wifi. Enjoy free paid subscriptions to Netflix, YouTube TV (including local channels), Disney+, HBO Max, VUDU, Apple TV+ and Prime Video (with Pokemon subscription) with plenty of already paid-for feature films.
Guest access
Rear pavilion with park style grille available to guests and tenants on a first come basis. The unit will come with 1 parking space, info on the app via check-in instructions. There are 3 extra visitor parking spaces behind the garages.
There is a coin-operated laundry room on each floor of the building, the 2nd floor laundry room has a quarter coin change machine for your convenience. These are shared laundry rooms.
