Extremely clean 2 bedroom apartment. 1st floor unit. On-site lockbox in garage will provide guest with 2 keys. 1 key is to enter the building, 1 key for the apartment (Extra set of keys available upon request). One parking space provided. This is a double garage (another guest my be parked next to you)
Please park appropriately with enough space for each car park safely. Garage key code entry will be provided. Two bedrooms, full bath and kitchen. Living room is spacious with free wifi. Enjoy free paid subscriptions to Netflix, YouTube TV (including local channels), Disney+, HBO Max, VUDU, Apple TV+ and Prime Video (with Pokemon subscription) with plenty of already paid-for feature films.
Rear pavilion with park style grille available to guests and tenants on a first come basis. The unit will come with 1 parking space, info on the app via check-in instructions. There are 3 extra visitor parking spaces behind the garages.
There is a coin-operated laundry room on each floor of the building, the 2nd floor laundry room has a quarter coin change machine for your convenience. These are shared laundry rooms.

Please send me a message upon checkout as cleaning services will start right away. Also, a reminder that prompt checkout by 11am is greatly appreciated as we have a short window to meet enhanced cleaning protocols.
